Surf for Happiness
Surf for Happiness (SfH) is a not for profit organisation with a vision to help children and youths in disadvantaged coastal communities in developing countries and island-states. Through the sport of surfing, SfH aims to provide an outlet for youths to channel their time and energy into a positive, uplifting and happy experience away from drug abuse, alcoholism, violence and idleness.
SfH collects new and used surf and rescue equipment, accessories and apparel donated by individuals, clubs, businesses, and sends them to the Surfing Association of the destination country. In turn, the Surfing Association is responsible for the distribution of surfboards and equipment to surf clubs nationwide, provides the necessary coaching , as well as water safety support.
SfH is not just about collecting surfboards, it’s about showing how surfing can change a child’s life, steer them away from trouble and into the water where they can experience the elation of surfing, enjoy a better quality of life and strive to be a world champion one day.

The Library Project
The Library Project donates books and libraries to poor schools and orphanages in China and Vietnam. We believe education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty that exists in the developing world. As we see it, education is change.
The Library Project was founded on the simple idea that education is change. Education is the catalyst which breaks the cycle of poverty in the developing world and provides children with the opportunity for a positive future. Education is also empowerment. If we educate the children of the developing world, we give them the power to reach their goals. Education opens the doors of opportunity for children and provides them with the tools for a better future for both them and their families.
